Leadership Big Sky

Leadership Big Sky is an eight-month program designed to connect emerging leaders with the people, organizations, and issues shaping our community. In Big Sky, there’s nothing standard about doing business. It takes collaboration, creativity, and bold leadership across sectors. Through hands-on learning and monthly sessions, participants deepen their understanding of local systems, develop the skills to advocate for a thriving future, and gain the tools to become true champions for Big Sky.

Class Eligibility Requirements

Exclusive to members of the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce. Priority will be given to applicants with at least one year of employment with their current employer. Applicants must have the full support of their employer for participation in this program and attendance is mandatory for graduation.

You get out what you put in, so be prepared to be engaged, learn a lot, and have fun. Cost is $1,200 for Chamber Member businesses. Includes eight days of programming, one day per month October through May. *Scholarships available for Nonprofit and Small Business Chamber Members.
