The Big Sky Farmers Market is held every Wednesday from from 5-8pm at Fire Pit Park at the Town Center. Every year 90 vendors, including local/regional farmers, professional artisans, young artists/entrepreneurs, and community organizations come to Big Sky with a goal of helping to foster and maintain a market that is true to our Big Sky mountain culture. For more than a decade, The Arts Council of Big Sky has hosted Music in the Mountains, Montana’s finest free outdoor concert series, featuring the best up-and-coming touring musicians in the country as well as established, well-known artists. Our our state-of-the-art venue (Center Stage at Town Center Park) provides the perfect backdrop for locals and visitors to come together and enjoy incredible live music under the Big Sky. These family-friendly concerts are held every Thursday starting at 6 p.m.
The Big Sky Fourth of July Celebration is a community event that brings together locals and visitors for a day full of activities and live music, capped off with a lively showcase of fireworks.

For riders of all skill levels, the Big Sky Biggie wants locals and visitors alike to get out on the trail and experience the Big Sky trails from a new perspective. Proceeds from the race will be donated to the Big Sky Community Organization, to assist with trail maintenance within the community.
Soak up the picturesque views of Lone Peak, while experiencing two days of nonstop music from a variety of artists. Camp for the weekend or come for a day, the Moonlight Music Festival is Big Sky's latest and greatest festival that you won't want to miss Summer of 2019.

A 3 day Montana Mountain Running Celebration taking place at Big Sky Resort. The festivities include a VK, 11K, 28K and 50K with 360 degree views of Lone Peak, free beer post race and one heck of a time for everyone involved! 3RD WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER
Mountainfilm on Tour comes Big Sky every September, bringing a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, Colorado. Click here for this years list of films and venues.
END OF OCTOBER
A three day Halloween celebration hosted by Lone Peak Cinema, The Big Sky Real Estate Co. and Big Sky Town Center. This all ages event is filled with traditional holiday activities, live music and great Fall fun.
There’s lots to celebrate in Big Sky at the annual Christmas Stroll. Highlights of this festive evening include the tree lighting ceremony, photos with Santa, illuminated cross country ski/fat bike trails and walkways, sleigh/wagon rides, classic holiday films on the big screen at Lone Peak Cinema, carolers, music, good cheer, fireworks, and more!
The Big Sky Ice Rink is located outdoors in the Town Center and is maintained by the Big Sky Skating and Hockey Association (BSSHA), a non-profit organization in Big Sky, Montana dedicated to bringing hockey, ice skating, and programs to the Big Sky community.
