LEADERSHIP BIG SKY
Leadership Big Sky is an eight month immersive development program designed to connect emerging leaders with the people, organizations, and systems shaping Big Sky’s future. Through monthly sessions, participants gain a behind the scenes look at local governance, economic development, infrastructure, and community planning. The program combines classroom learning, interactive tours, discussions with local decision makers, and real world exposure to the issues and opportunities facing our community. Participants also develop critical leadership skills, including advocacy, collaboration, civic awareness, and strategic thinking, equipping them to influence Big Sky’s future meaningfully. Leadership Big Sky aims to cultivate a network of informed and engaged leaders who understand the uniquely interconnected nature of Big Sky business, government, and community. They are prepared to guide the region towards a thriving sustainable future.
