A Family Affair with a Big Dream

Janet, a private chef and caterer, arrived in Big Sky in 2010 as a seasonal employee at the Yellowstone Club. Inspired by her success, Brandon joined the seasonal workforce in 2016. It was there that Brandon met his wife, Nancy, and together they built a beautiful family with their two children, Aaliyah and Elijah. These children became the driving force behind their dream of creating a special place for families to gather and enjoy delicious treats – Big Sky Scoops.

Big Sky Scoops quickly became a local favorite, offering delicious, locally-made ice cream and unique creations. Their friendly service and welcoming atmosphere have created a community hub where residents and visitors alike gather for a sweet treat.

Now, Janet and Brandon are taking their passion for ice cream and community to the next level! Their new, bigger location will offer even more space to enjoy their delectable treats year-round. Whether you're a longtime fan or just discovering Big Sky's sweetest spot, the ribbon cutting ceremony is the perfect opportunity to celebrate their exciting new chapter.
