The Jump Gastropub and Deli is among the Valley's newest eateries. Owners Lynn Shanahan and Tom Henesh set out in 2021 to transform the notorious Buffalo Jump Gentleman's Club into Gallatin Gateway's morning through nighttime hub for delicious food, drink, and everyday festivities, such as Dancing, Live Music, Bingo, and Family Fun.

Lynn was born and raised in Oklahoma and has roots in Crested Butte, CO. She had a storied career in Tommy Hilfiger's branded apparel business while raising her family in New York City. Tom, a native of Idaho, has been in land development for the last 30 years in Bozeman Belgrade, and Big Sky.
