The Gallatin River is a rafter's paradise. The water levels are highest during the spring runoff, with levels lowering as summer progresses. Depending on water levels, rafting can start as early as mid-May and typically ends mid-August.
Full and half day trips are available throughout the summer season. This is a popular activity, and we recommend making reservation in advance.
