About the Program
There is nothing standard about doing Business in Big Sky – it is up to the hard work and creativity of our special districts, nonprofits, and dedicated local business leaders to make our community the success that it is. Leadership Big Sky is an 8-month-long program designed to engage and empower emerging leaders in our region.
Through a mix of classroom sessions, interactive tours, book clubs, assessments, and access to local decision-makers, Leadership Big Sky gives a behind-the-scenes look into the complex interconnectivity of our economy, industries, and people.
We’re proud to partner with Lori Addicks to offer four in-depth leadership coaching over the course of the program as well as some other new and exciting opportunities.

Pricing
$1,200 for Chamber Member businesses. Includes eight days (9am- 5pm) of programming, one day per month October through May.
*Scholarships available for Nonprofit and Small Business Chamber Members.
Class Eligibility Requirement
Applicants must be employed for one year and have the full support of their employer for participation in this program, as attendance is mandatory for graduation. You get out what you put in, so be prepared to be engaged, learn a lot, and have fun.
